Agreement to Terms

By requesting charter availability or booking a charter with Aegean Gateaways, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all charter services provided by Aegean Gateaways.

Charter Terms

Charter prices are quoted per day and exclude fuel, marina fees, crew gratuities, and other additional expenses (APA - Advance Provisioning Allowance).

The charter period, route, and itinerary are subject to agreement between the parties and may be adjusted based on weather conditions and safety considerations.

The Owner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or operational reasons.

Payment

A deposit is typically required to confirm a booking, with the balance due before embarkation.

Payment terms and amounts will be specified in your charter agreement.

All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund policies are as follows:

• 60% refund if cancelled 31 or more days before embarkation

• No refund for cancellations less than 31 days before embarkation

Specific terms may vary and will be detailed in your charter agreement.

Liability

The Owner and crew are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and must follow crew instructions and safety guidelines at all times.

The Owner reserves the right to terminate the charter if guests engage in dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Greek law.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the charter services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
